Dearie Law Group’s client was sitting in his parked car outside of a grocery store in Snohomish County, Washington. While Dearie Law Group’s client was waiting for a passenger to return from the store, the at-fault driver lost control of his own vehicle and crashed into a third car parked next to Dearie Law Group’s client. The other parked car then contacted the car that Dearie Law Group’s client was sitting in.
The force of the collision caused Dearie Law Group’s client to sustain a back injury.
