Gibson. Ray and Drew tried this case in Pierce County Superior Court. Their client, Cristina Anderson, was crossing the street in downtown Sumner, Washington and was hit by a motor vehicle driver. Ms. Anderson sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury as a result of the collision.
Ranking as the 16th highest jury verdict overall in Washington State is Ray and Drew’s $3,000,000 jury verdict in A.K. v. State of Washington, et al. Ray and Drew tried this case in Snohomish County Superior Court. Their client was a victim of child sexual abuse perpetrated by a Monroe, Washington police officer. The jury found that a Child Protective Services employee failed to make a mandatory report upon having reasonable cause to believe the abuse was occurring.
