Ray Dearie Awarded ABOTA Trial Lawyer of the Year

The American Board of Trial Advocates – Washington Chapter has named Ray Dearie Trial Lawyer of the Year for 2023.  Known as one of the highest honors a Washington trial lawyer can receive, Ray was awarded Trial Lawyer of the Year in recognition of his unparalleled advocacy on behalf of Dearie Law Group clients, his superb reputation for civility and ethics, and his distinguished career (including multiple multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in 2023).

The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) is an invitation-only organization requiring members to demonstrate significant trial experience.  The organization and its Washington chapter include plaintiff personal injury attorneys, civil defense attorneys, and judges.

Founded in 1958, ABOTA and its members are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the United States Constitution.  As such, ABOTA is dedicated to advancing the civil jury trial and elevating the standards of integrity, civility, and professionalism in the legal profession.
